Training Executive

Devon, United Kingdom Caterfood (South West) Ltd. Full time

Job Description We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Part-Time Telesales professional with an excellent telephone manner (no cold calling). Prior sales experience not required, as full training will be provided.
You will be the first point of contact for customer, handling incoming calls and processing online sales orders. Our ultimate goal is to keep the customer at the heart of everything we do and to do this you need to be good at building strong relationships with customers by really understanding of their needs and looking for solutions to keep them happy.
We pride ourselves on being a company which truly puts customer service at the top of our agenda.

75 per hour
Three days a week, either:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday
Processing online sales orders
General office duties
Building Customer relations
All training will be provided

Excellent telephone manner & communication skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Previous experience in telesales environment would be beneficial but not essential.
Immediate start would be preferred
