Im Rahmen des Iterationsvorgehens führen die Mitarbeiter*innen deines Teams in ihren jeweiligen crossfunktionalen Teams die Anforderungsanalyse und Konzeption durch, erstellen User-Storys und pflegen das Backlog, planen und begleiten die Umsetzung bis hin zur Abnahme.

  • Deine Kernaufgabe ist die Leitung des Teams mit Fokus auf Requirements Engineering und agiler Produktentwicklung
  • Du führst und entwickelst dein Team und deinen Verantwortungsbereich weiter, förderst Deine Mitarbeitenden, schaffst den Raum, damit sie ihre Rolle noch besser ausfüllen können und begeisterst Deine Kolleg*innen über ihren Tellerrand hinauszuschauen
  • Insbesondere die Transition von klassischen hin zu agilen Methoden gilt es zu begleiten und mit zu gestalten
  • Als entscheidendes Bindeglied zwischen den Stakeholder*innen und deiner Abteilung bist du in enger Abstimmung mit Fachbereichen, Führungskräften und den einzelnen Teams und unterstützt bei der Beratung der Fachbereiche insbesondere hinsichtlich des Iterationsvorgehens und der Lösung von Priorisierungskonflikten
  • Zusammen mit Deinen Kolleg*innen suchst du nach intelligenten Lösungen und bist an der stetigen Verbesserung von Prozessen und Arbeitsweisen aktiv beteiligt
  • Du besitzt ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich der Informatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation bzw. berufliche Erfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der fachlichen und disziplinarischen Mitarbeiterführung
  • Idealweise hast du mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Requirements Engineering oder als Product Owner in komplexen IT-Projekten
  • Du hast Erfahrungen mit agilen und klassisch geführten Projekten, kennst die Vor- und Nachteile beider Welten und verstehst es sie gewinnbringend zu kombinieren.
  • Deine Arbeitsweise zeichnet sich durch analytisches Denkvermögen, strukturiertes Vorgehen, Eigeninitiative, Engagement und Pragmatismus aus.
  • Du verstehst dich nicht nur als Experte, sondern vor allem als Organisator, der deinem Team den Rahmen schafft, um effizient die gesteckten Ziele zu erreichen.
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Confluence Jira, BPMN, DMN und UML sind von Vorteil
