HR Assistant/Admin/Recruitment

An experienced HR Administrator is required on a temporary basis to join a large manufacturing business based near Marston Green. An immediate start ideally, looking to work on a temporary basis for approximately 2-3 months. Assisting with a transition project to move to a shared service centre, you will be working in a small team to assist them during this busy period.
As a HR Administrator you will be -
handling queries and monitoring absences
Liaising with shared service centre to update SAP software for associate details
Uploading all physical files onto a central server
Proven HR experience
IT literate, preferably with SAP experience
Confident liaising with internal staff members face-to-face, over the phone and via email

Immediate start following a successful interview
Competitive pay rate
Hybrid working (3 days office based and 2 working from home)
Working hours of Monday - Friday 8:30am - 4:45pm
