Sales Executive Wanted Are you a motivated and driven individual looking to join a successful organisation? Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities: Set sales goals and develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth. Research and identify potential prospects, generating leads and new business opportunities. Contact potential and existing customers through various channels, including phone, email, and in person. Handle customer questions, inquiries, and complaints, ensuring excellent customer service. Prepare and send quotes and proposals, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Utilise our client's specific software programme to manage the sales process efficiently. Build and maintain a CRM database to effectively track customer interactions. Meet monthly sales targets, demonstrating ambition and determination. Provide support to the team as required, fostering a collaborative working environment. Requirements: While some sales experience is preferred, it is not essential - our client encourages candidates who are post-graduates or college graduates looking to start a career in sales. A strong focus on customer service, ensuring a high level of satisfaction. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interactions with customers. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate over the phone and in presentations. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, enabling successful outcomes. Attention to detail and organisational skills, ensuring accuracy in quotes and proposals.
