Sales Executive

Location: Chelmsford, Essex

Salary: £75k - £100k + Excellent Benefits

Full -Time, Permanent (Average 45 hours per week)

The Client:

Our client is a well-established used car dealership, offering luxury vehicles and bespoke modifications to customers.

The Role:

As a Sales Executive, you will engage and build rapport with customers to facilitate new and used vehicle sales.

Responsibilities:

? Maintain a professional sales environment and manage showroom presentation.
? Handle customer inquiries via various channels and deliver comprehensive vehicle presentations.
? Meet sales targets and promote secondary products.
? Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and follow-up to foster retention.
? Conduct vehicle demonstrations and negotiate sales effectively.
? Manage all aspects of vehicle order and delivery, ensuring a memorable customer experience.

Requirements:

? Previously worked as a Sales Executive or in a similar role.
? At least one year of sales experience, preferably in the motor industry.
? Skilled in time management and be proactive.
? Knowledge of the automotive industry and technical aspects of vehicles.
? Understand financing and have basic mathematics skills.
? Ability to handle a high volume of enquiries efficiently.
? Valid driving licence.
? Must be at least 23 years old.

Shifts:

? Monday to Friday: 9am - 6:30pm and midday to 9pm (1 day)
? Saturday: 9am - 6pm
? Alternate Sundays: 10am - 5pm
