An exciting opportunity to join the Aviation and Operational Security team as a Senior Aviation Security Manager has arisen, leading on assuring our operational relationship with major regulators such as the CAA and the TSA.
About the role:
- Forming relationships across our airlines, with IAG Cargo and the BA subsidiaries, you will lift awareness and ensure implementation of security regulation and policies.
- You will be responsible for our internal reporting mechanisms that track and monitor risks within our Management System.
- Act as operational point of contact with our subsidiaries and be responsible for maintaining security-related agreements.
- People manage and inspire a team of three, championing our brand and behaviours.
About you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence others.
- Champions innovation and agility, adopting new ways of thinking to make critical decisions.
- A creative problem-solver, who is both curious and proactive to deliver practical solutions.
- A good understanding of Aviation security regulations and practices is important.
- The post-holder must be able to obtain a UK security clearance.
