Are you a customer service enthusiast looking for a new challenge? We have the perfect role for you Our client, a leading carpet and upholstery cleaning organisation in London, is expanding their team and is now seeking a passionate Booking Coordinator to join them in their Biggin Hill office. ️

Job Title: Booking Coordinator

Location: Biggin Hill

Working Hours: Monday to Friday - 9am to 6pm and one Saturday a month

Salary: £25,000 to £27,000 per year

In this dynamic role, you will have the opportunity to showcase your excellent communication skills while providing outstanding customer service to our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Answering high volume inbound calls and assisting customers with specific enquiries and job bookings.
Updating worksheets with changes and statuses of each customer job.
Liaising with technicians to book follow-on jobs for customers.
Always providing a high level of personalised customer service.
All other reasonable duties as and when required. What's In It For You?

Essential Requirements:

Excellent communication skills that'll make our customers feel heard and valued.
Previous customer service experience within a call centre or contact centre setting / Recruitment / Sales
Professionalism and tactfulness in dealing with customers while maintaining strict confidentiality.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to multitask and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
