Job Description:
This busy engineering department is seeking a confident and talented administrator, with a positive can-do attitude to join their team on a temporary/contract basis, for 3-6 months, with the potential to extend.
As a vital member of the team, you'd be working alongside two other administrators, supporting a fast-paced team of engineers in their day-to-day operations. The role involves maintaining efficient administrative processes, ensuring seamless smooth communications and processes.
Excellent attention to detail, strategic multi-tasking and impeccable organisation skills are required, alongside high levels of integrity and discretion. Advanced MS Office and Excel skills are essential.
This hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, with three days in the office and two WFH.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
# Travel arrangements, visa applications, taxi bookings etc.
# Day-to-day admin; card purchases, preparation of purchase orders, credit card & expense claims etc.
# Maintain/produce/update key department documents, correspondence, reports and agendas.
# Identify and anticipate admin requirements.
# Arrange/coordinate meetings.

To proactively take ownership of work and tasks where appropriate.
Salary: £15/hour which includes holiday pay.
Based: 3 days office in Kent / London border / 2 days WFH
