Your new company An established building services contractor who specialises in the design, supply and installation of a wide range of off-site prefabricated solutions for the commercial M&E sectors throughout UK & Europe.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to integrate a M&E Project Planner to support their Commercial and Contracts departments.
Your new role The successful candidate will be responsible for working with internal & external stakeholders in order to manage projects ranging in value from £1M
- £20M per project.
Be the go-to person and focal point within the business for Project programmes.
Alongside the Operations Team, develop strategic programmes for each phase of Projects: Pre-construction, Delivery & Commissioning.
Liaise with Commercial Department on Subcontract Packages.
Undertake risk analysis of live programmes to support Commercial and Operations teams.
Prepare monthly Programme Performance Reports for review with Senior Management.
High standard of organisational and time management skills.
Proficient in Programme Software's such as Microsoft Project preferred
- High level of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
