About the Role

We are seeking an experienced M&E Project Planner to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our Commercial and Contracts departments, you will be responsible for managing projects ranging in value from £1M to £20M per project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage projects from pre-construction to commissioning.
  • Develop strategic programmes for each phase of projects, including pre-construction, delivery, and commissioning.
  • Liaise with the Commercial Department on subcontract packages.
  • Undertake risk analysis of live programmes to support the Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Prepare monthly Programme Performance Reports for review with Senior Management.
Requirements
  • High standard of organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Programme Software's such as Microsoft Project.
  • High level of IT literacy, especially in Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
