This is an exciting opportunity to shape the Wealth Management industry while helping to build a growing business within BlackRock. Position Description The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team and take ownership for supporting the Senior Client Relationship Managers in servicing our clients across a range of activities including relationship management, project management, implementation of Aladdin capabilities, and providing product feedback and direction. The role is dynamic in nature and will evolve over time as the business and industry continues to develop – an exciting opportunity for anyone interested in working at the intersection of Technology and Wealth Management. Key Responsibilities Develop a strong working relationship with clients to support implementation and adoption of tools, including developing and delivering training and marketing materials for client use Develop strong relationships with all groups within Aladdin and BlackRock to ensure an excellent client experience and convey client requirements to product teams as necessary Assist in the day-to-day project management of product changes and client on-going engagements, including updating project plans, documenting user requirements, facilitating user acceptance testing and managing action items Play an integral role in managing the client relationships, including delivering on client commitments, responding to client inquiries and partnering to continue to enhance the service provided Actively manage client communications regarding product changes and improvements Ensure a smooth transition for clients from Implementation to ongoing Production support Committed to continuous improvement of internal processes to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction. Monitor and report on key performance metrics for user engagement, ensuring alignment with clients key performance indicator. Skills And Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess some combination of all the following: Fluent in English French or/and German Fluency is a plus Education: undergraduate degree (bachelor's degree), business or technical discipline preferred, Master's degree a plus Experience in the Wealth Platform industry is beneficial Strong project management and coordination skills Strong problem solving/analytical thinking Superior communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to clients Strong technical skills and an aptitude for learning new systems Enjoys a fast-paced, high-intensity environment; able to manage multiple priorities CFA/FRM designation or progressing towards CFA/FRM designation is a plus Our Benefits To help you stay energized, engaged and inspired, we offer a wide range of employee benefits including: retirement investment and tools designed to help you in building a sound financial future; access to education reimbursement; comprehensive resources to support your physical health and emotional well-being; family support programs; and Flexible Time Off (FTO) so you can relax, recharge and be there for the people you care about.
