This is a full-time, permanent position located in our city centre Edinburgh office 10 Sunnyside, Edinburgh, EH7 5RA. You'll enjoy a standard workweek of 35 hours, Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm. The salary is £23,500pa.What the job involves for a Property Relationship Manager: -Managing day-to-day maintenance requests whilst delivering a high standard of customer service over the phone, emails and any other internal software from Landlords, Tenants and Contractors.Understanding Landlord and Tenants responsibilities when managing the day-to-day requests so we can be clear to customers around their responsibilities for the property.Ensuring maintenance issues are logged and managed effectively in a timely manner.Have strong negotiation skills to resolve conflict.
