An experienced Amazon Performance Manager with previous Amazon marketing experience is needed to join the team at this leading Amazon marketing agency on a full-time, remote (work-from-home) basis. As their business grows, this role also has a large scope for development, with opportunities to work with bigger accounts with more SKUs and larger budgets. They are a fast-growing Amazon marketing agency based in the UK and EMEA. Using their in-house expertise, they work with brands to optimise, manage and grow their Amazon presence. They operate on Amazon marketplaces around the world, with most of their clients based within the UK, EU and US. Although they are primarily a remote-working company, they do meet several times a year for team building and company updates. As a result, they have extremely low staff turnover and a very happy team. About the Role You will be responsible for managing their clients' Amazon performance whilst creating a close working relationship with your team and your respective brands. Staying on top of their client's needs, their launch plans, ongoing advertising strategy, inventory challenges and marketing requirements is a vital element to the success of the company. The right candidate will be driven to perform day in and day out at a high standard. Key Responsibilities: Support clients on their advertising strategy and respective campaigns. Some clients will have existing accounts that need fine-tuning, optimising and growing, whilst others will need to be launched and managed indefinitely It is your job to create and actively manage their clients' advertising campaigns, adjusting bids, keyword targeting and optimisation through a structured ads funnel Investigate and find new relevant keywords that have a chance of success. To identify these words, you will have intelligent software at your disposal to supplement your own initiative, experience and intuition Alongside advertising campaign management, you will be the point of contact with your clients on a day-to-day basis It is crucial that you have strong analytical abilities to support the monthly reports. You will be required to understand how the impact of your strategy has had an effect on the campaigns and account performance You will be required to understand how frequently your client would like to meet and organise your diary and these sessions accordingly By having close relationships with their clients, it will also be your responsibility to identify upsell opportunities as and when they arise There will be occasions where you may be required to 'jump in' and support the wider team with other activities There may be situations where you need to assist the team with account audits, an event, or even process enhancements Required Skills: Analytical mindset An eager and fast learner Entrepreneurial mentality Relish responsibility Focus on continuous improvement Self-starter Gregarious and friendly Required Experience: Previous Amazon marketing experience Proven experience with Amazon PPC Previous marketing strategy experience English speaker - native, bilingual or fluent Performance reporting and analysis Desirable Experience: Previously created and sold your own products on Amazon Experience within a marketing agency Helium10 experience, PacVue experience, Canva experienceBenefits: Unlimited scope for role progression Great opportunity for increased earning potential in line with business Remote working (you must be currently based in the UK) Flexible working hours Generous annual leave New laptop Opportunity to work in a dynamic, start-up business
