Senior Bid Manager

Are you ready to step into the forefront of the green energy revolution, enabling offshore wind installations to align with global and national net zero targets? Are you looking for the opportunity that will let you channel your expertise and passion into action, leading successful bids for offshore wind projects on a global scale? As our new Senior Bid Manager, you will play a critical role in driving project-specific bid processes end-to-end and ensuring the timely submission of high-quality, client-centric proposals. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers and tender teams to develop and execute high-quality, client-centric, and successful proposals.
You will also apply your commercial and technical expertise to offer valuable support for account management and regional commercial activities. As part of a multidisciplinary project team, you will be involved in a variety of local and global wind projects and handle a wide range of tasks, including:
Proactively lead the entire bid process, coordinating the efforts of Ramboll's global engineering and advisory teams in the wind division to ensure the submission of high-quality, customer-tailored proposals.
Support the creation of a bid strategy by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders, developing compelling value propositions, and guiding tender teams in planning and creating proposals aligned with agreed strategies.

Enhance our sales processes, tools, templates and standard contents to boost efficiency and incorporate industry best practices.
You will be part of our international Business Intelligence & Sales function, which supports Ramboll's global wind division with client & market insights in various geographies and is responsible for its bid management and sales processes. From the moment you start at Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you can continue to grow with the company. Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable disciplines (e.g., Business Administration, Business Communication, Engineering), or equivalent relevant experience.
Relevant experience in proposal or bid management, preferably in the energy sector.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (C1 level expected).
Experienced team player with strong project management skills who is expected to work with minimal supervision.
Familiar with public / private procurement processes and with commercial, contractual and execution models.
