We are looking for an individual to join our team as an Inspection Coordinator / Resourcer at our Head Office in Hessle (HU13) Day to day duties will be wide ranging and varied but will primarily include:

  • Liaise with and distribute project related information with all levels of the team and potentially external parties
  • Resource for personnel globally
  • Creating spreadsheets / data inputting into excel
  • Record and manage compliance with company set KPIs
  • Formatting of CV’s - High level of word required
  • Deal with telephone and email enquiries, using an email system (e.g., Microsoft Outlook)
  • Mobilisation Support
  • Manage requests for documentation
  • Update internal systems
You may be required to carry out any other related or associated roles, tasks or duties which you will be trained, instructed and supervised to do safely and according to changing business requirements Experience required:
  • Demonstrable experience within resourcing
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to prioritise work and work on a number of projects at the same time
  • Experience working in a similar role advantageous
  • Strong IT skills in MS office including outlook, excel and word.
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient typing skills
The role will suit a hardworking, dedicated individual who demonstrates enthusiasm and who works well as part of a team and has strong communication skills.
