We have an opportunity for a technical, enthusiastic, and energetic Pump and Rotating Equipment Fitter (Mechanical Engineer) to join our team, where no two days are the same.
This role offers the opportunity to work within a team of highly experienced Pump and Rotating Equipment Fitters in our innovative workshop, building a variety of equipment in a fast-paced environment.
Further training is available, such as CCNSG and OEM training on components.
Progression opportunities within Pump Supply and Repair Group are also available.
Full scope of engineered pump overhaul, including assembly, service, testing, and stripping a wide variety of pumps and associated spares.
Compiling required assembly documentation.
Flexible working hours may be Pump and Rotating Equipment Fitter role would suit candidates with experience in the following areas: pumps, Pump Engineer, Pump Fitter, Mechanical Engineer, or Vacuum Pump Engineer. The working hours for this role are Monday to Thursday, 8.Overtime paid at time and half and double rate
21 working days holiday plus public holidays

The successful candidate must be a time-served fitter/engineer (C&G Level 3/BTEC O.Ideally, knowledge of pumps and rotating equipment in industrial, chemical, power generation, Petro-chemical, and water industries.
Need a can-do approach - flexible working will be required.
This can be a physically demanding position mainly using mechanical lifting equipment.
