What You'll Do *WHAT YOU’LL DO* The GenAI Portfolio focuses on improving the working experience of the case team by addressing their major pain points and finding opportunities for optimization. The portfolio is prioritizing the use of Generative AI tools to enhance BCG's productivity and value delivery. As a Global Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and scaling GenAI products that align with business needs and user demands. You work collaboratively across teams to influence outcomes without direct authority. We are looking for a passionate and innovative Product Manager with Agile expertise to join us in our Digital Transformation journey. Your squad will be responsible for:

  • Product managing a selection of GenAI enterprise tools
  • Driving continuous rapid POCs to identify and deploy high value Gen AI tools
  • Driving the roadmap for new GenAI products, focusing on business applications that create value for users.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define priorities and manage the product lifecycle, from concept to delivery.
  • Developing strategies to improve product usability, adoption, and performance within the organization.
Among your responsibilities, you will:
  • Deliver business results and customer value
  • As a member of a GenAI squad work to continuously deliver customer value each sprint.
  • Deliver outcomes that support specific and measurable KPIs
  • Own backlog prioritization and ensure the roadmap reflects stakeholder needs and strategic objectives
  • Stand in as proxy Product Owner, as needed
  • Serve as the voice of customer or end-user
  • Translating the voice and needs of customer into user stories, engaging users as needed
  • Engaging in continuous discovery (e.g., via surveys & interviews) to understand customer needs
  • Leveraging empirical and qualitative data to assess feature performance and inform prioritization
  • Analyzing tradeoffs involving customer value, cost, and effort.
  • Representing customer needs to ensure they are understood and integrated into the Squad’s work
  • Proactively seeking customer feedback to learn and better understand their needs and requirements
  • Facilitating product demos to empower Squad members with real-time feedback from customers
  • Enable the organization’s new way of working
  • Modeling behaviors to support the organization’s transformation to a new way of working
  • Promote collaboration across squads, stakeholders, and leadership teams
  • Foster a squad culture aligned with BCG digital transformation goals.
  • Providing informal and formal feedback within context of larger performance management system
  • Support and enable the Squad to effectively deliver
  • Regularly engage with the Squad to offer feedback on work-in-progress and clarify requirements
  • Engage with Chapter Leads regarding resourcing and functional expertise required in Squad, aligning on requirements and responsibilities
  • Provide feedback as part of performance management of Squad members and other members of the Product Portfolio

  • Collaborating with the development team on feasibility assessment, change/UX on usability, and ensure that it works within the constraints of the business, communicating to audiences across BCG and the world. You build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders, and know how to deliver effective and engaging presentations
  • Define and track KPIs that helps get the squad and products closer to the OKRs.
  • Identifying problems and opportunities to innovate across a portfolio of the GenAI products
What You'll Bring
  • Experience building GenAI/AI and user-facing products
  • A background supporting the build of new software in enterprise settings
  • Total 5 - 7 years’ relevant experience as a product manager/analyst, business analyst or scrum master
  • Agile Certifications, preferably Scrum.org (Professional Scrum Product Owner) or Scrum Alliance (Certified Product Owner)
  • Experience in delivering AI products, specifically with a focus on GenAI and Large Language Models (LLMs), and integrating these technologies with user-facing applications.
  • Familiarity or experience with technologies and platforms like OpenAI’s GPT models, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), Fine tuning or other machine learning frameworks.
  • Understanding of agile principles and ways of working
  • Good understanding of technology enabled business transformation, Digital transformation, Organizational transformation, delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital projects
  • Strategic thinker who can converge ideas into tangible products
  • Highly organized & proactive, and detailed-oriented approach to product management
  • Strong communications and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar tool a
