An opportunity exists for a Senior Environmental Scientist/Planner to join the Ramboll Newcastle team to further develop their career in our busy and growing Impact Assessment Team.

You will become part of our growing Impact Assessment team, focussing on environmental assessments and statutory approvals for a broad range of significant infrastructure and renewable energy projects throughout New South Wales and Australia.

From the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your continued personal and professional development so that you grow with the company. Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, environmental planning and/ or town planning
~5 to 10 years’ experience in environmental impact assessment across varied market sectors in the NSW environmental planning process
~ demonstrated experience leading the delivery of environmental impact assessment projects
~ a commitment to support the growth of those members of the impact assessment team in the early stages of their career
~ some experience or a willingness to learn the skills required to develop and build client relationships, to facilitate the continued growth of our Impact Assessment team, the Newcastle Office and the Ramboll brand in Australia
~ demonstrated experience in the management of timelines, quality and budgets
~ a willingness to travel (local, national and international) for project delivery.
