Role Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to join our team as the Global CEO Business Assistant. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the CEO's office and involves managing a wide range of business support tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, a keen attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. A background in strategy is also highly desirable, as it will provide additional support in strategic planning and decision-making processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Executive Support:

  • Provide high-level business administrative support to the Global CEO.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, handling inquiries and communications professionally.

Meeting and Event Coordination:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, ensuring all logistical details are managed efficiently.
  • Prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely completion.

Project Management:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of special projects and initiatives led by the CEO.
  • Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, providing regular updates to the CEO.

Confidential Information Handling:

  • Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
  • Ensure all documents and communications are securely stored and handled.

Strategic Support:

  • Provide analytical and strategic support to the CEO in the development and implementation of business strategies.
  • Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports on industry trends, competitive landscape, and strategic initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of strategic presentations and documents for board meetings and other high-level discussions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Strategy, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or business assistant, preferably in a global company.
  • Strong background in strategy, with the ability to analyze and interpret complex business data.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
