My client is a leading global consultancy firm specialising in providing strategic insights and innovative solutions to the life sciences industry. Role Overview:

They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Consultant to join their constantly growing team. As a Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with their clients to provide strategic advice and insights that drive their business decisions. You will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare and life sciences by helping their clients develop strategies that address their most critical challenges and opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategic assessments for clients in the life sciences industry.
  • Develop and implement strategic recommendations that align with clients’ business objectives.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies that drive growth and competitive advantage.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide clients with forward-thinking insights.
  • Management of specific Junior Business Analysts, ensuring they have clear objectives, development plans, mentoring & support to grow and develop
  • Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) required.
  • 2 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or a related field, with a focus on the life sciences industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving impactful change in the healthcare industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
