Overview:
As a Scrum Master at BIPROCSI, you will be responsible for facilitating the Agile methodology within external client projects across diverse industries. You will play a crucial role in guiding project teams to deliver high-quality solutions while fostering a collaborative and adaptive work environment. This position requires strong communication skills, leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of Agile principles.
Key Responsibilities

Serve as a facilitator for our project delivery,including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Manage project reporting and Asana board to track progress, identify risks, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
Coordinate resources and prepare project teams for kick-off, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities are defined.
Remove impediments and blockers to team progress, enabling continuous delivery and improvement.
Collaborate with the Delivery Team, H/Os, the PM and stakeholders to prioritise backlog items and ensure alignment with project objectives.
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability within the project team.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, promoting a shared understanding of project goals and priorities.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and guide teams in implementing best practices.
What We're Looking For

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar Agile certification preferred.
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Experience with Agile project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
