As part of our ongoing cultural transformation, we are seeking a talented HV Systems Squad Scrum Master to provide Agile guidance and delivery support for the HV Systems Integration Team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team in planning work through focused and engaging meetings.
  • Identify and remove barriers that slow down team acceleration.
  • Promote empowerment and transparency within the team.
  • Collaborate with the product owner to align delivery goals with Agile working structure.
  • Create high-value increments that meet the Definition of Done.
  • Facilitate stakeholder collaboration as needed.
  • Support Scrum adoption and implementation within the team, maintaining the accuracy and quality of work planned in JIRA.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Experience in managing workstreams with Agile processes/methodologies (e.g., DevOps, Scrum, SAFe).
  • Familiarity with Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to organize work tasks effectively.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to foster strong team dynamics.
  • Understanding of high-quality user stories and driving them towards a satisfactory MVP.
  • An adaptable, pragmatic, and inquisitive approach.
  • Deep commitment to continuous improvement, with the confidence to challenge accepted wisdom.
