On behalf of a leading care provider, I am currently looking for a Care Home Deputy Manager/ Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join one of their nursing homes within the Altrincham area, commutable from Sale, Hale, Timperley, Wythenshawe, etc
To be considered for this registered Care Home Deputy Manager / Deputy Care Home Manager role you should have previous deputy management experience within the elderly care sector, and you must have some knowledge of medication and care planning.

This is a market leading home, and our client are keen to hire a new deputy manager who has worked in high calibre care homes.

The registered care home manager / deputy nursing home manager job role:

• Work alongside the home manager to assist in the day to day running of the home.
• Oversee the delivery of high calibre care
• Provide staff management, support, and development.
• Ensure each resident receives the highest standard of care.

Person specification of the nursing home manager / care home manager:

• Strong care home deputy management experience- RGN with an ACTIVE PIN
• Knowledge of elderly care, medication, clinical knowledge
