We are looking for a seasoned Payroll Coordinator to join our clients HR team within a Financial Services firm. The role is responsible for handling the day-to-day general payroll operations and will report into the Head of HR. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a payroll focused position and training for further HR responsibilities will be provided.

Providing all payroll elements monthly to the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate outputs.

- Preparing HR budgets and cost analysis

- Coordinating training and wellbeing programs.

- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Previous experience of at least 2 years within a payroll focused role.
