Real Estate Finance Solicitor / Associate - Plymouth

This firm are a strong national Legal 100 who are currently looking to strengthen their real estate finance department with the hire of a solicitor or chartered legal executive (FCILEx) with a minimum of 1 year PQE to focus on real estate finance / secured lending

What will you do?

  • Manage real estate finance transactions acting on behalf of mainly banking clients
  • Offer technical supervision to junior members of the team
  • Contribute to building services and identify opportunities for new workstreams
  • Liaise with project managers and legal technologists to onboard services and enhance them as they scale
  • Be an advocate for innovation and service delivery

What will you need?

  • To be either a qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive (FCILEx)
  • At least 1 year PQE
  • experience within real estate, banking or real estate finance
  • Ideally experience managing/supervising at least one person within a legal setting
