Job Summary

As a key member of our real estate finance department, you will be responsible for managing real estate finance transactions, offering technical supervision to junior team members, and contributing to building services and identifying opportunities for new workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage real estate finance transactions on behalf of banking clients, ensuring timely and efficient completion of deals.
  • Provide technical supervision and guidance to junior members of the team, helping them to develop their skills and expertise.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and identify opportunities for growth and expansion within the real estate finance department.
  • Liaise with project managers and legal technologists to onboard new services and enhance existing ones as they scale.
  • Advocate for innovation and service delivery, ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service and expertise.

Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor or chartered legal executive (FCILEx) with at least 1 year PQE.
  • Experience in real estate, banking, or real estate finance, with a strong understanding of the sector and its challenges.
  • Ability to manage and supervise junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
