Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Generator in GoodtoGive’s business development division and help lead the company to its next level of growth. The sales function is established with several channels, strategies and tactics in operation. We are now looking for an enthusiastic and driven person to identify, engage and recruit new GoodtoGive clients from the charitable sector, mainly with faith-based groups and organisation. You will already have experience or an aptitude for working to develop sales strategies within the charitable sector. GoodtoGive is an established and successful SME that remains agile and dynamic, with a great team and company culture.

Responsibilities

  • Target new clients, creating new leads by researching, cold calling, using charity commission website and other platforms to initiate new relationships.
  • Identifying and engaging with faith-based charities at a national, regional and local level that could benefit from using our services and establishing relationships with them.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams across the company in compiling proposals and delivering pitches.
  • Achieve KPIs set for outbound calls and activity.
  • Managing sales pipelines and maintaining client relationship function with our new and existing clients
  • Developing go-to market strategies utilising the tools available within the wider organisation to generate leads and develop engagement plans.
  • Maintain and update all lead information accurately within CRM and any other relevant systems.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of CRM desirable.
  • Intermediate level Excel/Office/email etc.
  • Confident in both cold calling and warm calling into new and existing accounts.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong prospecting skills using various platforms and methodologies.
  • Ability to work on own initiative or work as part of a team.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Motivated and enthusiastic.
