Who are Chilled Pubs?

It all began in 2007 when Loren embraced Richard's crazy dream, and together they bought the Bulls Head in Repton. Fast forward 17 years, and they have built a thriving pub business. With 7 gorgeous sites, over 500 employees, an industry-leading food & drink menu, and to stand out, 7 mascot alpacas.

Driven by their vision to become the top leading pub brand in the Midlands, they’re passionate about finding superstars to live and breathe their values and ensure all guests are truly wowed by their Chilled Pub experience. With no signs of slowing down, Richard and Loren are always on the lookout for their next project, aiming to reach a portfolio of 20 pubs in the near future.

What Does the Role Entail?
Food Safety: Compliance is our number one priority.
Culinary Skills: A strong working knowledge of fresh food and cooking techniques.
Teamwork: Confidently work in a large team producing fresh food in a high-volume environment.
Quality & Efficiency: Consistently prepare and cook menu items to company specs, mindful of ticket times and quality standards.
Ownership: Take charge of your area, tracking orders and ticket times, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Versatility: Support different kitchen sections as needed, understanding our full menu.
Cleanliness: Maintain kitchen safety, sanitation, and organizational habits.
