Join a passionate award winning team in this established AA Rosette establishment, that gives you access to the freshest ingredients to create seasonal menus. As Chef de Partie, you'll be a crucial part of this established kitchen team, assisting in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of dishes crafted from locally sourced ingredients.

Ideal Profile:

  • Experience as a Chef de Partie in a high end environment, preferably in a Hotel
  • Passionate about cooking with a desire to grow your knowledge and skills
  • A team player who is adaptable to varying work hours and shift patterns
  • Proficient in maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and food safety
  • Able to remain calm under pressure and efficient in problem-solving
  • Committed to personal and professional development, with a keen interest in culinary trends

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation, cooking, and presentation of diverse and high-quality dishes
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef and Head Chef to manage kitchen operations, ensuring efficient service and exceptional food quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Engage in daily kitchen tasks such as food preparation, storage, and inventory management
  • Support other kitchen staff during peak times, fostering a collaborative and professional kitchen environment
