We’re a FoodTech scale-up with over £25mill of funding, and we want to revolutionise food delivery through the creation and franchising of virtual food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen - we think there’s about 70,000 of them in the UK. We offer kitchen operators everything they need to sell our brands through delivery apps whilst continuing to service their core customers.

In short, we’re defining the future of the food delivery market Nobody’s growing as fast as us in the UK, and we’re looking for great people to join us on our journey.

We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (German speaking) to join the team and be part of the exciting growth of the business.

Tasks:
  • Expand our client portfolio by identifying potential customer contacts via phone and/or mailing and build your own network with key business decision makers
  • Support our Business Development Specialists in maturing leads and the overall customer pipeline
  • Understand industry dynamics and trends, identify potential target customers and uncover needs of target personas within relevant prospects
  • Book appointments with potential partners for the Business Development Representatives
  • Conduct lead research and lead generation
  • Create and analyse of partner maps to understand your target companies’ structures and discover the relevant decision-makers
  • Collaborate across our international teams to guarantee the best user experience and strategy for potential customers
  • Execute the pipeline management
About You:
  • You’re fluent in English and German
  • You’re confident in approaching restaurant owners by phone, social networking, whatever means necessary
  • You have a high level of resilience and motivation to succeed
  • You are highly motivated with a can-do attitude and willing to work in a fast-paced environment
  • You know how to deal with rejection and don't let it get in the way of your goals
  • You are enthusiastic about new challenges and have a growth mindset to continuously develop yourself further
  • You are able to captivate people through outstanding communication skills, showing empathy and understanding the needs of your counterpart
  • You’re excited to work in a high growth, fast-paced start-up environment
  • Previous start-up and/or hospitality/restaurant experience is a bonus

How we work

This is a hybrid role. We ask that everyone joins us in our London based offices three days a week but the rest of the time you’ll be able to work from home.
