Spa Manager - £57k, Central London  Are you ready to take the lead in a luxurious, exclusive hotel spa, offering unparalleled 5-star service to guests and members? My client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Spa Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations and lead a team of talented therapists and spa professionals.As the Spa Manager, you will have the opportunity to ensure the delivery of exceptional spa experiences, manage revenue, and provide high standards of service at all times, contributing to the prestigious reputation of their clients establishment.You will be responsible for managing a passionate team dedicated to providing top-quality customer service and relaxation experiences in a sophisticated environment. Lead a team of therapists, spa reception team, and spa butlers in the day-to-day operations of the exclusive hotel spa
Manage revenue and ensure the execution of 5-star service, maintaining high standards at all times
Provide training and conduct 1:1 meetings and appraisals to uphold exceptional service levels
Considerable experience in luxury spa management and a strong background in customer service
Demonstrate expertise driving performance and developing teams
Ability to effectively manage and inspire a team to provide exceptional service
Proficiency in managing day-to-day operations, with a focus on revenue management
