Spa Manager
Bayou Spa is seeking an exceptional Spa Manager to lead our team, inspire excellence, and deliver world-class treatments. If you have a passion for the spa and wellness industry and a commitment to exceeding guest expectations, we want to hear from you.


Ensure all staff maintain clean working areas and uphold high hygiene standards.
Supervise therapist and reception teams, ensuring adherence to spa standards.
Implement policies and protocols, ensuring all employees adhere to them.
Manage revenue and ensure the execution of 5-star service, maintaining high standards at all times.
Manage inventory, budgets, and ensure the profitability of the spa.
Control stock security and minimize loss through effective stock management systems.
Support in creating and delivering effective sales and marketing strategies.
Monitor key performance metrics such as therapist utilization, room occupancy, retail sales percentage, and income per hour.
Develop and implement creative spa menus and treatment packages.
Ensure effective training for therapists to meet industry standards.


Considerable experience in luxury spa management and a strong background in customer service.
Proven leadership skills and experience in motivating a team in a spa or hospitality setting.
Strong training and development background.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for stock control, management, and ordering.
Proficiency in managing day-to-day operations, with a focus on revenue management.
Passion for providing exceptional guest experiences and high standards of service.
A strong passion for the beauty, spa, and wellness industry, keeping up to date with industry trends.


NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Beauty Therapy.
Experience working in a luxury spa.
Previous experience in leadership or management.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends.
Strong business acumen and financial management abilities.
Proficiency in computer operations.
Exceptional guest service skills.
