Requirements• Reporting directly to a General Manager.• 2yrs+ Experience within a precast manufacturing facility essential.• Ability to read manufacture drawings and understand cast-in elements and measurements.• Health and Safety driven individual with the ability to lead a safe and efficient process.

Responsibilities• Driving a team of 30 operatives, 2 supervisor and office support staff.• Responsible for all Factory employees and putting them to work daily.• Meeting production targets and liaising with Senior Management regarding planning.• Working and driving labour targets and ensuring supervisors are set to work.• Tracking plant and material usage within the factory.• Ensuring safe systems of work are put in place and managed daily for all production processes.
