We share our point of view. We choose paths not travelled. We’re looking for an Ecommerce Manager, MENA. As an Ecommerce Manager, MENA, you’ll manage all aspects of day-to-day ecommerce trading for our ever-expanding client list of sites in the Middle East. You will have expert knowledge on how customers in the Middle East expect ecommerce sites to look, feel and behave, and how to build brand awareness and acquire customers in the Middle East. You will be the voice of the Middle East customer in the business and use data-driven insights to inform how we innovate. Manage all aspects of day-to-day trading of our ecommerce sites in the Middle East.
Be responsible for revenue targets and other KPIs including average order size, value, conversion rates and returns for our ecommerce sites in the Middle East, as well as generating relevant reporting daily, weekly, monthly result vs targets.
Create and own trading calendars for our ecommerce sites in the Middle East
Own the analytical and CRO tools that will help unlock greater insight to build hypotheses and then test in order to generate incremental output against your KPIs.
Own all visual merchandising for the ecommerce sites in the Middle East from product to signposting and work with the Content and Design teams to create engaging content that drives sales.
Define, shape and implement long-term tactics to exceed revenue targets and KPIs and proactively seek opportunities to drive incremental growth, engaging key stakeholders across all areas of the Product, Brand, Marketing, Finance and Operations functions.
Support the Marketing function to build, execute and optimise marketing tactics to generate incremental traffic (including paid search, paid social & CRM) to the ecommerce sites.
Support and challenge the Technology / Product team to design, develop and deploy the tools you need to deliver your objectives, quickly resolving any short-term bugs or general functionality issues.
Build expert knowledge in the Middle East customer insights, retail benchmarking, consumer trends, ecommerce trends, payment landscape, logistics landscape and marketing best practices.
Have 5+ years’ experience managing the Middle East ecommerce sites/businesses.
Have fully operational to leading edge experience with eCommerce CMS / Platforms, Analytical / CRO tools like Google Analytics etc.
Have working knowledge of demand creation and optimisation of inbound traffic channels from Organic, Earned, Paid Media & CRM.
Are able to work in a high-performance environment and deliver against challenging deadlines.
Have great understanding of retail, e-commerce and marketing businesses; Have a proven track record as a commercial individual, who understands brand, fans and customers.
You understand how to maximise output in conversion activity where a blend of skills and experience are required (data analysis vs creative visual merchandising and UX).
