Our client is a leading provider within Financial Services. Develop and execute a comprehensive Internal Communications strategy and comms plan.
Collaborate with CEO and other senior leaders to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with business initiatives.
Organise and support CEO, CFO and CPO with messaging at town hall meetings, webinars, and other engagement events.
Develop "on-brand" communications to ensure consistency of messaging, for both verbal and written comms.
Oversee the development and maintenance of a new intranet platform, ensuring it serves as a valuable resource for colleagues.
Stay informed about industry trends and best proactive in IC, incorporating new ideas and technologies to enhance effectiveness.
A successful Head of Internal Communications should have:


Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a track record of developing and executing successful communication strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages tailored to diverse audiences.
Experience managing IC platforms, such as intranet sites or enterprise social networks.
Knowledge of best practices in employee engagement, change management, and crisis communication.
Flexible working/ hybrid set up.
