The position is mainly full-time in the office, with Wednesdays working from home.

This position requires someone who can ideate, brief and source multiple, different video formats such as UGC adverts and aspirational brand videos (both working with an in-house motion designer, as well as using stock footage). This position needs someone versatile, creative and with excellent project management skills.

Key Responsibilities…

Ideation: This is roughly half of the role and includes creating detailed, innovative, concepts for the wider social team based on platform insights

Collaboration: You will be the key creative link between Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and Paid Social teams, overseeing the entire creative development process, from initial concept to final delivery.

Social success: Working with roughly 50 creators and influencers to execute exciting, social-first, digital campaigns, this role requires someone who can continue to develop relationships within the content creator world further, to exceed social campaign expectations.

Analysis: Monitor and evaluate the performance of creative assets and campaigns, providing insights to optimize future strategies based on data.

Innovation: Continuously seek ways to enhance creative processes and outputs, by experimenting with new ad formats and creative approaches to stay ahead of the curve.

  • Design experience and proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, ideally including motion design experience
  • Strong copywriting skill
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to sell concepts to internal stakeholders
  • The ability to push creative to the next level, past budget-led algorithms
