Cleaning & Soft Services Manager

Sodexo have a fantastic new opportunity in Raheen Limerick for an experienced Cleaning and Services Manager to join and lead our onsite team. Working at our prestigious pharmaceutical client site at the largest greenfield pharma site development, you will be responsible for managing our large Cleaning Services and Security teams.

In this role you will be the first point of contact for and manage Sodexo Soft Services on site to the agreed specification and to the agreed performance. Overseeing the soft service teams and sub-contractors within the site, you will allocate work to, and manage personnel ensuring the required work complies with Sodexo’s & the Client standards.

About You

Experience and knowledge requirement for this role:

  1. Proven experience in working and leading within a Soft Services team.
  2. Industry acumen and knowledge of cleaning services ideally within the pharmaceutical industry or within a standards/compliance environment.
  3. Strong people management and development.
  4. Ability to manage multiple priorities with a hands-on, practical attitude.
  5. Good attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team.
  7. Excellent interpersonal, customer service & communication skills.
  8. Experienced in adhering to and driving company initiatives.
  9. Good use of the English language (written and spoken).
  10. Computer literacy to include Microsoft applications.
