Your Role: As an IT Systems Architect, you will spearhead the design and implementation of intricate software systems for corporate IT. Operating across diverse platforms, you'll troubleshoot technical issues and elevate IT solutions for the business, encompassing communications, security, and network storage.

Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute roadmaps for corporate IT, encompassing technology, processes, and data.
  • Assess systems and processes for enhancement opportunities.
  • Establish the vision and strategy for technology and data.
  • Identify key areas for change to ensure timely delivery.
  • Lead corporate IT projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Drive improvements in processes with measurable outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in modernising corporate systems such as HR and Finance.
  • Strong communication skills, adept at conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining focus on delivery.
  • Ability to discern broader implications and align work with overall context and strategy.
  • Track record of leading IT projects in high-growth tech companies.
  • Hands-on approach with a track record of delivering results.
  • Previous titles may include Enterprise Architect, IT Architect, Solutions Architect.
