As the Quality Manager your overall responsibility will be to lead the quality function of the business, ensuring conformance of product, compliance with applicable regulatory and customer specific standards and continual improvement of business performance.

Maintain approvals across industry standard certifications and key customers as required, including AS9100, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, NADCAP (NDT), R-R SABRE, R-R GS3001.

* Quality Management System is kept under continuous review and that all opportunities

* Ensure robust quality controls are implemented and followed at all points during the manufacturing process and that they are aligned to our customer’s and regulatory requirements

* Ensure accurate recording and resolution of any customer complaints as they arise.

* Employ robust quality tools to investigate, correct and prevent non-conformance.

* Ensure that the business KPI’s are aligned with the Quality Management system

Ability to be flexible with regards to additional hours as demanded by the business

Competitive salary - up to £60,000

33 days holiday (incl. bank holidays)
