Job Description Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insights that shape strategic decisions? Join our dynamic team at L&G Retail as a Customer Value Analyst, where you'll leverage data analytics and statistical modelling to assess strategy value, customer engagement, and conversion metrics. What you'll be doing: Developing customer and prospect knowledge to drive actionable insights Leading testing programmes to quantify and isolate strategic benefits Applying segmentation and modelling techniques to unlock customer value Delivering end-to-end customer insight including capturing requests from internal customers, planning analysis, data manipulation and analysis, generating insights and delivering back to stakeholders Supporting business initiatives through advanced analytical techniques Partnering with colleagues and the Data Analytics Manager to embed and link insights from different projects, in order to drive profitable growth and decision-making Qualifications Who we're looking for: You'll be well versed in the use of statistical testing approaches and isolation of commercial incremental benefit across business or marketing functions You should also have experience in developing predictive models and their application to performance Experience in working with colleagues across all seniority levels Good SQL knowledge Experience with Dataiku, Python or similar analysis tools Degree level or equivalent in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Psychology, Behavioural Economics or Data Science would be a huge plus Transferring knowledge to colleagues and maintaining standards of output Whatever your role, we reward performance and behaviour with a package that looks after all the things that are important to you.
