About Us:

We proudly hold 14 Vehicle manufacturers approvals and work with several “blue chip” work providers with whom we have exceptional relationships. Our reputation for quality workmanship and excellent customer service has made us a trusted name in the industry and we are looking for a skilled and motivated Workshop Manager to oversee our operations and ensure the highest level of service and support to our customers, work providers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day workshop operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
  • Coordinate and supervise a team of 18, Panel, paint and MET technicians, and support staff
  • Ensure that all repairs meet safety standards and are completed within set KPI’s
  • Maintain an organized, clean, and safe working environment
  • Handle customer inquiries from a technical perspective and provide exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Work closely with department Managers, Implement and monitor quality control procedures and best practices to guarantee high repair standards
  • Work alongside our very experienced, and long serving management team to develop strategies for improving operational efficiency
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and PAS10225:22

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the auto repair industry
  • Strong knowledge of accident repairs, automotive parts, and repair techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret damage reports and repair estimates
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to automotive repairs
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
