Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain high-quality software solutions using C# .NET.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new features and enhancements.
  • Utilise Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse API to build scalable and efficient applications.
  • Work with GeoSpatial data.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Follow best practices for software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation.
  • Participate in Agile development processes using Azure DevOps for project management and version control.
  • Involvement in Xamarin/.NET MAUI development, leveraging mobile development expertise.
  • Utilise SQL for database management and manipulation, as needed.
  • Utilise JavaScript for front-end development tasks, as necessary.
  • Utilise Postman for API testing and debugging.
  • Nice to have experience with Power BI for data visualization.
  • Any experience with Umbraco is beneficial for certain projects.

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience in C# .NET development.
  • Proficiency in the latest version of .NET (8).
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dataverse API.
  • Any experience working with GeoSpatial data very useful.
  • Familiarity with Visual Studio and Azure DevOps for development and project management.
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Knowledge of SQL for database management and manipulation.
  • Optional experience with Xamarin/.NET MAUI for mobile development.
  • Familiarity with JavaScript for front-end development tasks.
  • Experience using Postman for API testing.
  • Nice to have experience with Power BI for data visualization.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
