We are currently seeking to recruit a Project Planner with experience of NEC suite of contracts, to manage the planning of various wastewater projects within the Wessex Water Framework. The role is split between live sites in Dorset & Somerset, our Head Office in Southampton and home.

Trant is undertaking the M&E element of the projects, and the form of contract is NEC Option C, heavily amended.

Working closely with the Planning Manager

* Working with the operational & commercial teams to produce on going schedule update & performance reports

* Maintaining work sequence and activity durations for assigned projects

* Preparation of Project Changes, Budget allocations

* Compensation Events & Time Entitlement Assessments

The Planner will need to have a working knowledge of MS project and knowledge of working on NEC contracts. You should be able to maintain work sequence and activity durations for assigned projects and be able to provide schedule knowledge on a continuous basis to assist in work planning and interfacing with others. Having a background of working on M&E or construction projects is essential.
