Senior Operator/Team Leader Reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will take the lead in delivering process and documentation training for new members of the team as well as refresher training where recommended for existing staff. You will also play a key part in assisting Engineering teams with new builds and investigations. Working side by side with the operators, you will be the first point of contact in the event of any quality or assembly concerns raised by the team. Your key responsibilities:
  • Deliver training to new members of staff and Mentor those who are on the learning curve.
  • Take the lead on less frequent or more complex assembly tasks.
  • Contribute to discussions and problem solving with all departments.
  • Act as first line contact for any issues that arise within production team
You will need: * Experience of low - medium volume production processes in a mechanical and/or electronics assembly and test environment
  • Experience in training both new and existing colleagues
  • Capable of working with minimal supervision and delivering to expected standards and
