Working for a renowned firm of Chartered Surveyors, you will be working on a local, portfolio comprised of period conversions and listed buildings. Oversee a local portfolio of properties, mainly period conversions, and listed buildings.

* Set, manage, and implement budgets, paying key attention to financial management throughout the year whilst ensuring CAPEX plans are factored into budgets.

* Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate property management activities and projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

* Previous experience in block management or a related field, with a strong understanding of property management principles and practices.

* Proficiency in service charge budgeting, financial management, and project coordination, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.

A competitive salary of £50,000 per annum with commission paid on major works.

* 20 days' paid annual leave + bank holidays

* Generous employer pension scheme (6% company contribution)

* Hybrid working - 2 days per week
