Job Title: Envelopment Manager Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Envelopment Manager to join our team. As a Tier 1 contractor, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional construction projects and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. The Envelopment Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects by overseeing all aspects of envelopment planning, coordination, and execution. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and implementation of envelopment strategies for construction projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Collaborate with design teams, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to integrate envelopment requirements into project plans and specifications.
  • Manage the procurement process for envelopment materials and services, including vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
  • Monitor and evaluate envelopment performance throughout the project lifecycle, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, regulatory authorities, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and alignment on envelopment-related issues.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to site teams and subcontractors on envelopment best practices, safety protocols, and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present reports, presentations, and other documentation on envelopment progress, challenges, and achievements to senior management and project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience as an Envelopment Manager or similar role in the construction industry, with a successful track record of managing envelopment aspects of large-scale projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of envelopment principles, techniques, materials, and regulations.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to effectively plan, organise, and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and budget targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as Microsoft Office, project management software, and building information modelling (BIM) platforms.
