Account Transformation:
Analyse existing processes, systems, and workflows within the internal and client account to identify areas for improvement and transformation. Drive a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within client accounts, leveraging Mitie's expertise and industry best practices. Lead initiatives to identify and implement innovative technologies, practices, and solutions to drive efficiency and enhance service quality.
Work collaboratively with client stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiencies without compromising service quality. Develop and implement cost reduction strategies, monitor performance, and track savings achieved over time.
Uphold Mitie's core values of Integrity, Excellence, Innovation, Collaboration, and Safety in all aspects of account transformation and improvement initiatives. Ensure that all change initiatives are aligned with Mitie's values and contribute to building a positive and sustainable business relationship with clients.

You should have proven experience in change management, account management, and operations management within the facilities management or professional services industry.
