Contract: We have 4 fixed term postitions available for the duration of one year.

As an Inclusion Practitioner you will provide high-quality support, guidance, modelling and training to promote inclusive practice in schools and settings. You will work alongside staff to support individuals and small groups of children and young people with SEND and monitoring the impact of additional support to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Assist staff with monitoring, recording, and evaluating pupils' needs.
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate individual with experience working with children and young people with a range of SEND. You should have a sound knowledge of evidence-based approaches to support school-age children with SEND.
A valid driving licence and own transport.
ICT skills, including the use of Microsoft applications and specialist systems.

About the Business Unit
Ensuring that children and young people in Buckinghamshire reach their potential is a primary focus within our Education service.
