Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Front of House Assistant/Hospital Porter, with previous healthcare experience, to be thefront-line ambassador for Cleveland Clinic London. Transfers patients between various areas of the hospital, ensuring their safety and dignity at all times
Assists with the replacement and transportation of medical gas cylinders in accordance with policies and procedures
Operates the hospital mailroom and provides a postal distribution service to patients and caregivers
Adheres to policies and procedures and attends all mandatory training or courses specific to the role
Accompanies patients to their room and other areas, explains hospital facilities/services, and provides a comprehensive room orientation
Assists with the safe handling and transportation of luggage, medical equipment and other items
Parks vehicles in the designated parking facilities
Driving License
(Proficient level of written and verbal English
High level of emotional intelligence, empathy and integrity
25 days Annual leave plus 8 days Bank holiday a year
Auto-Enrolment of 5% pension - Cleveland contribute 10% through Salary Exchange
