About the Team Hiring
You will be working with a great team of technical staff both in the UK and globally. Having the ability to pull upon the expertise of very highly knowledgeable people is a huge benefit, and will help you firstly settle into your role, but more importantly help you with your personal development.
Overview
The position of Software Technical Specialist is a customer-facing role with a focus on training and mentoring our customers around MFG software) . Working alongside the sales and technical teams, you will be helping customers adopt the new technologies they have invested in. The support that you will provide will be a key part to the success of their goals as well as the opportunity to grow adoption in that business.
Although training and consultancy will be the key part of the role, there is the opportunity to work with the sales team on presenting the product to prospective customers and key events.
Key Responsibilities
Training Services, including:
· Delivering Training Courses to clients in-house, on-site, or online.
· Preparing and delivering Bespoke Training Courses tailored to the specific needs of the customer
· Conducting post-Training Course customer reviews
· Assisting with Training administration duties e.g., Customer Evaluations, Courseware, Training Certificates
Post-Sales Support, including:
· Advising clients on technical issues relating to the implementation and use of their design software
· Liaising with suppliers where necessary to research and identify solutions to client issues
General Company Duties, including:
· Researching and providing technical advice to company management on new product opportunities
· Assisting the Sales and Marketing staff with business development matters
Key Success Indicators:
· High level of success measured on all service delivery through post training surveys
· Creation of whitepapers and industry focused articles
· Generating Tips and Tricks and ‘how to’ for our customers and internal
· Maintaining the relevant certifications both internally and externally

Responsibilities
Required experience
· What you must have done already:
o Extensive experience in use of Vault, Inventor and fusion PLM
o Experience in a training capacity
o Collaborated on a multi-disc project in a real-world environment
· What is nice to have done already:
o An understanding of other Autodesk products, such as AutoCAD, Navisworks, or 3DS MAX.
o An appreciation for other disciplines, and how they work collaboratively on projects
o An understanding of CDE’s
Qualifications
· A recognized construction qualification /or a recognized product specific professional exam
· A full driving license as this role will require travelling
· Excellent interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, telephone and written communication skills
· Professionalism, personal integrity, and reliability
· A positive ‘hands-on’ work ethic
· Initiative and enthusiasm guided by mature sense of judgement
· An adaptable and flexible team player
